Ghislain Dubois

TEC manager, expert in climate change, climate services and tourism

With a doctorate in Economics and as a graduate from Sciences Po Aix-en-Provence, Ghislain Dubois is the founder and manager of TEC since 2001. He is the author of several works and scientific articles, in France and abroad, and has participated, in particular, in some GIEC works. He is also a consultant for several international organizations: UNDP, UNEP Unesco, Action Plan for the Mediterranean, European Parliament… Finally, he is an associate professor at the University of Versailles-Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. Ghislain participates in the technical and scientific animation of all the missions of the firm.
